I ended up getting a job at my local conservation centre that I used to volunteer at. But they were very understaffed so I just lost touch with DA :( I had some awesome experiences there though and have lots of photos to share with you all... some of the most endangered species on the planet! Q: Where are you from/what is your occupation? A: I'm currently a student at Bangor University in Wales, studying Marine Biology and Zoology. In the holidays I'm usually off volunteering somewhere or visiting my hometown of Dover. Q: Where do you volunteer? 1) I am a qualified marine mammal medic for the BDMLR http://www.bdmlr.org.uk/ so I get called out to reported stranded seals/dolphins/whales in my area to assist in their assesment and in first aid. 2) I take part in harbour porpoise surveys for the sea trust http://www.seatrust.org.uk/ 3) I volunteer for Organisation Cetacea http://www.orcaweb.org.uk/ 4) I collect data for Gwynedd
